Server Rules
These rules apply to every Puria world. Puria is a long-term server. Everything here exists for one reason: what you earn, you earned yourself. Play fair, play your own characters, and the world stays worth playing for years.

- Train AFK on training dummies, as long as you want.
- Use the Auxiliador (Helper) to heal, cast spells, equip items and stay logged in, and the official autoloot of the Loot Manager.
- Play two characters at the same time, one of them hunting.
- Trade anything, even for real money, at your own risk.
You cannot
- Hunt automatically. Cavebots, auto-attack, external looting tools or following bots: permanent ban, first time.
- Hunt with two characters at the same time — that is only possible with a bot.
- Abuse bugs or keep quiet about one you found.
- Steal accounts or use a modified client.
- Harass or insult other players.
1 Automation
Hunting is the heart of the game, so it has to be done by a person. Training and small conveniences are fine; anything that plays the hunt for you is not.
- Automated hunting is punished with a permanent ban on the first offence. There is no warning and no second chance for it.Our detection only flags suspicious hunting. Every case is reviewed by a person before anyone is banned.
- The Auxiliador and the official autoloot are the only automation allowed. External programs, scripts or macros that send actions to the game are forbidden, whatever they do.
2 Clients & accounts
- Play only with the official client, installed and updated by the Puria launcher. Modified clients and tools that read or change the game are forbidden.
- At most two clients per computer. A third client at the same time is not allowed.
- Only one of your characters may hunt at a time. The second one can train, stand in the depot, trade or talk. Two characters hunting together means one of them is automated, and it is punished as automated hunting.
- You are responsible for your account. Whatever happens on it counts as your action, including when someone else plays it with your password.
3 Cheating & bugs
- Using a bug to gain anything is forbidden — duplicating items, reaching places you should not, killing without risk, and so on.
- Report every bug you find with the Report window in the game (Ctrl+Alt+R), see how to report. Knowing about a serious bug and staying quiet is treated as abusing it.
- Trying to get into other accounts ("hacking", fake pages, stolen passwords) is forbidden, as is sharing tools for it.
- Attacking the server, its website or other players outside the game (DDoS, threats, doxxing) is forbidden, leads to a permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities.
4 Names & conduct
- Names may not be insulting, racist, sexual, political or hateful, may not imitate staff or other players, and may not be random letters or sentences.A bad name is changed by staff. If it comes back, the account is banned.
- Respect other players. Harassment, threats, hate speech and discrimination are forbidden in every chat, private message and guild name.
- No spam or advertising of other servers, websites or services.
5 Trading
- Trading items, gold and characters is free, including for real money.
- It is always at your own risk. Staff does not mediate, guarantee or refund player deals, and will not return anything lost in a scam.When you hand over a character, change the account e-mail and password and keep your recovery key safe.
- Scamming is still covered by the rules when it involves stolen accounts, fake staff or fake websites (sections 3 and 6).
6 Staff
- Staff never asks for your password or recovery key, in game or anywhere else.
- Pretending to be staff, or to have influence on staff decisions, is forbidden.
- Lying to staff or making false reports is forbidden. Threatening staff because of their decisions is forbidden.
7 Punishments
Every rule follows the same ladder, each offence one step higher. Some offences start higher, as the table shows. Punishment applies to the account, and removal of what was gained unfairly may come with it.

In very serious cases staff may skip steps. After the last step comes a permanent ban.
Questions
Can I leave my character training while I sleep?
Yes. AFK training is allowed for as long as you want. It is not hunting, and the Helper can keep you logged in.
What exactly can the Helper do?
Heal you with spells or potions, cast spells, equip rings and amulets and keep you logged in. It does not walk or attack for you, and nothing else may do that either.
Is autoloot allowed?
Yes, the official one. The Loot Manager in the game client loots your own kills for everybody in the same way. Any other tool that loots for you is forbidden.
My friend and I play from the same house. Is that a problem?
No. The limit is two clients per computer, not per house or per connection. Each person plays their own characters.
Can I sell my character or items for real money?
Yes, at your own risk. Staff will not step in if the other side does not pay or does not deliver.
I was banned by mistake. What do I do?
Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your account and character name and what happened. Every automation case is checked by a person, and appeals are read.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Press Ctrl+Alt+R in the game, choose Bug and write the steps to repeat it. Outside the game, open a ticket on our Discord or write to [email protected]. Using it instead of reporting it is punished like bug abuse.
