Exercise Weapons
Use an exercise weapon on an exercise dummy and your character trains alone until the charges run out, much faster than a training room.
Exercise weapons are the fastest way to train skills and magic level. Use the weapon on an exercise dummy and your character keeps training by itself: one hit every 2 seconds until the charges run out.
How to train
- Stand in a protection zone, next to an exercise dummy (bows, rods and wands also work from a distance).
- Use the exercise weapon on the dummy.
- Your character trains alone. Each hit uses 1 charge.
Training stops when the charges run out, when you walk, leave the protection zone, log out or the dummy is removed. After stopping, wait a few seconds to start again.
The weapon can be in your backpack, in a slot or in your Store Inbox.

Each hit counts as several hits on a monster, and the server's skill and magic stages apply on top. Rods and wands train magic level as if you had spent mana.
Premium: training never stops
When a weapon runs out:
- Premium: if you have another weapon of the same kind (in your backpack or Store Inbox), training goes on with it by itself.
- Free account: training stops. Use the next weapon again.

TipTraining counts as being active: you are not logged out for being idle while the weapon has charges.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to stay at the computer?
No. Once you start, your character trains alone until the charges end.
Can I train outside a protection zone?
No. You must be in a protection zone.
Why did my training stop when the weapon ended?
On a free account training stops when a weapon runs out. Premium continues with another identical weapon.
Is the house dummy better?
Yes. It trains 10% more, but only one player can use it at a time, from inside the house.
Can I use the exercise weapon from my daily reward?
Yes. It trains straight from the Store Inbox.
Is it faster than a training room?
Much faster. A training room is free and unlimited, but slower.
