Kazordoon: Marshal Durgan and the missions of the city
Marshal Durgan's ten missions in Kazordoon, from level 30 to 120: two new bosses, three ranks with shop discounts in the city and the first Warrior addon.
Kazordoon was carved inside the Big Old One, the mountain, and its dwarves answer to Emperor Kruzak. But even stone has cracks.
A clan of renegade dwarves took the western mines and stole the greatest work of Kazordoon's smiths: a war golem called the Forgebreaker. Worse: the digging woke something that has slept beneath the mountain since before the city existed — Magmor the Undying Flame.
Marshal Durgan waits in the temple. Ten missions, from level 30 to 120, for whoever is not afraid of the dark under the mountain.
Marshal Durgan
Marshal Durgan stands in the temple of Kazordoon. Say hi. If you never chose a language with Commander Aldric or Captain Harkon, he asks whether you prefer English or Portuguese (say language to change it later).
The ten missions must be done in order. Ask about the missions, accept with yes and come back when you are done: a finished mission is handed in as soon as you greet Durgan.

Kills count anywhere in the world while the mission is active, and you see your progress in the server log. Summoned creatures do not count. If two cities ask for the same creature at the same time, one kill counts for both.
The bosses
- The Forgebreaker, the stolen war golem, at the bottom of the renegade mines west of Kazordoon. Comes back every 30 minutes.
- Magmor the Undying Flame, a lava golem on the deepest floor beneath the western mines. Comes back every 60 minutes.
You don't need the last hit: everyone who damaged the boss with the mission active gets the credit.
Good to knowThe bosses only fight adventurers on their mission (and the members of their party). Other players passing by are ignored: the boss and its summons don't attack them, and they can't attack the boss.
Reputation and ranks
Every mission raises your standing in Kazordoon. Ranks are permanent.
| Missions | Rank | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | Friend of the Dwarves | 5% off everything you buy from the shops of Kazordoon |
| 6 | Shieldbearer of Kazordoon | 10% off your purchases and 5% more when you sell to the shops of Kazordoon |
| 10 | Hero of the Big Old One | the same discounts, plus the first Warrior addon |
- The discount works in the trade window and when you buy or sell by talking, with every shop NPC inside Kazordoon.
- Your rank appears when other players look at you. With ranks in several cities, they all appear in one sentence.
Good to knowThe Warrior outfit is a Premium outfit. The addon is yours forever, but you can only wear it while you have Premium. See Premium Account.
The city boss: The Molten Colossus
Once you reach the highest rank, say forge to Durgan and you are taken to the antechamber of The Molten Colossus, the city boss: alone or with up to 4 players, once a day, with a Dwarven Boss Bag in your depot as the reward. Full guide: The Molten Colossus.
The Journal: Chapter V
Your Journal (Ctrl+J) opens a new chapter in Kazordoon: your arrival and the day you met Durgan, the missions, 7 places to discover, 20 creatures to hunt for the first time, the two bosses and your ranks.
The Hall of Kazordoon
The website has a Hall of Kazordoon with the story of the city, the ranks, how many heroes finished each mission and an honor roll. Players with the highest rank in all five cities (Thais, Carlin, Ab'Dendriel, Kazordoon and Venore) become Heroes of the Realm and appear on the Cities page.
